How do I cancel?

To cancel your services, firstly check your contract terms and conditions. Usually, the following cancellation criteria applies:

To cancel, email cancellations@dpom.co.uk and provide 31 days notice to cancel. You will receive an initial auto-reply confirming receipt and within a few days full details of any final payments along with the last date we will work on your campaigns.

During this period, we will still work on your campaigns (unless you ask us not to). As detailed within your contract, if any invoice is scheduled to fall due within the notice period then it will be payable and you will be entitled to receive work from us for 31 days after you've paid your final invoice. It is important to not cancel your payment method during the notice period to avoid additional fees.

Revoking our access to your Google Ads account or cancelling your payment method does not constitute a cancellation of our services, you must still email cancellations@dpom.co.uk stating you wish to cancel with 31 days' notice to avoid being charged beyond this period.
