How often can I have a meeting to discuss my campaigns?
This all depends on the package you have taken. For up-to-date and accurate information please refer to your contract. As a guide, please see the following:
DPOM Starter - No monthly meeting however, you are free to discuss your report with your account manager.
DPOM Lite - Your report will be sent to you monthly and you are welcome to book a meeting after this with your account manager to discuss performance.
DPOM Professional - As per DPOM Lite but you are free to email or book a call with your account manager at any time (subject to fair usage).
Generally, it is best to only discuss performance once per month in your report meeting. This is because we need to make accurate month-to-month comparisons of your data. Comparing partial month data can lead to misinterpretation and this may not portray an accurate representation of your campaign performance.
