My account manager is on holiday, who is looking after my account?

We believe it's in both our client's and employees' interest to take time out and be well-rested. This means that on occasion your account manager may be away from work and therefore unavailable. In this case, your campaigns will still be monitored and all necessary work will take place.

If you need to contact us during times when your account manager is unavailable, then raising a support ticket by emailing support@dpom.co.uk is often the quickest way to receive assistance from another qualified manager.
