What communication can I expect?

What communication can I expect?

Please refer to your contract for accurate and up-to-date information.

Depending on your package, we provide a number of ways to communicate with us including:

  1. Phone
  2. Email
  3. Online Meeting
  4. Support Ticket

To get in touch with your account manager, the best way is to book a call/meeting by accessing their diary. You can do this by clicking the link in the signature of any email we send to you. As most customers book calls with us, your account manager may not be available to answer any unbooked calls. In this case, emailing is the most time-effective method of getting in touch, your account manager will aim to respond as soon as physically possible.

Additionally, you raise a support ticket in which case a member of our team will answer it as soon as possible.

Additionally, every month you will be invited to book a monthly meeting with your account manager to discuss your monthly report. We can not discuss performance in between meetings. This is because the reports are generated monthly using the data from your account, additional performance reviews are not possible due to there not being enough data to interpret in between monthly reports and as such, any interpretation is automatically flawed.

I can't reach my account manager on the phone?

Usually, this is because your account manager is attending a pre-booked meeting with a client. In this case it is best to book a meeting (as detailed above) or send them an email with details of what you need. Your account manager will then reply or call you back as soon as they are available.

If you don't want to wait for your account manager to become available, you can email support@dpom.co.uk to raise a support ticket. A member of our team will then action any request while your account manager is unavailable.
