Can I pause my contact/payments?

We don't include a provision to pause your payments in our contract. Instead, you will need to cancel our services, see: How do I cancel?

You will still be required to provide 31 days notice however, provided your payments are up to date, we may me able to then credit you your final payment once you wish to unpause. For more information, please email accounts@dpom.co.uk

You can however pause your Google Ads spend at any time however, our fee will continue to be charged unless you cancel our servies.
