When will I get my Monthly Report?
You will receive your first monthly report on or around your billing date after the first full calendar month.
For example:
You sign up for our service on the 14th of May. Your first full calendar month is June and you'll receive a report for the month of June on the 14th of July. Your next report will be exactly 1 month later and so on.
When you receive your report you'll be invited to a meeting with your account manager to discuss performance.
